QB - Philip Rivers: 12/23, This week’s fantasy storm stud is Bolts QB, Phillip Rivers. He's taking the trip to Paul Brown Stadium to face the Bengals who just snapped a 10-game losing streak – OUCH!!! The game time temp is expected to be about 20(F) degrees and Rivers passing yards per game literally go through the roof in the cold weather. Get ready, but his passing yards per game spike by more than 150 yards per game with the 20(F) forecasted for Cincinnati. Heck – you were gonna start him anyway, but HOLY COW!!

RB - Tashard Choice: 12/23, This week’s fantasy storm Dud is Cowboys RB, Tashard Choice, despite a most favorable matchup against the bumbling Arizona Cardinals. Choice has played very well lately, but does not play well in the Dome. His career rushing average per game drops by more 25 yards per game indoors and his touchdown dip as well. However, if you still have a meaningful matchup and your desperate for a RB – start him against the Cardinals anyway.

WR - Mike Wallace: 12/23, Mike Wallace should have a stunning game Thursday night against the visiting Carolina Panthers. The Game time temp is expected to be 26(F) and Wallace’s career touch downs per game spike by more than 1.5 td’s per game. This is not a misprint – Wallace actually averages two td’s per game with the Heinz Field forecast. That’s impressive. His career yards per game see a bump too – but two touch downs per game is a monster!!

TE - Visanthe Shiancoe: 12/17, For Visanthe Shiancoe owners, life has been more than a little disappointing this season. What started off as a season full of promise, has turned into a real fantasy BUMMER. However, Shiancoe is on tap for a decent performance during Week #15 at home against the visiting Bears. His career receiving yards per game get a bump of almost 8 yards per game and he might surprise owners by actually finding the end zone this week – but don’t hold your breath!

This week's top weather impacted NFL players by fantasy position. Red and yellow means they will have a down week, light green means a little better than normal, and dark green is a great week. No color means you can expect them to perform normally.
